Acting as the HR Advisory and Business Partner for the assigned Department, Working with Hiring managers to acquire the most fit and talented calibers within the market filling in the opened positions.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Represent the company at different job fairs and events.
  • Implement an end-to-end hiring cycle to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities using the ATS system.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with employees of the assigned account with the alignment of the SDM to receive their feedback, increase their awareness of the HR policies and processes, and improve their engagement level.

Qualifications

  • Education/Years of experience: Business or a relevant field / 2+.
  • Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge:  CBI is a must; an HR Certificate is a plus.
  • Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: A Tech background is a plus.
