Our Client is a leading Logistics company is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to join our team. As the FP&A Lead, you will play a key role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives, providing insights that support decision-making and drive business growth. You will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial planning and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast financial performance
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for accurate reporting
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis
- Manage a team of financial analysts and provide guidance and mentorship
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team management experience
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team
