Our Client is a leading Logistics company is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to provide valuable insights and recommendations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and analyze key variances
- Collaborate with business partners to gain insights into financial performance and trends
- Support the implementation and improvement of financial planning tools and processes
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects as needed
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
