Identify, research, analyze and contact potential clients to offer the company’s services or products
Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new clients, expand customer base and improve customer retention
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned
Prepare detailed business plans, proposals, and presentations to present to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in line with the company’s guidelines and standards
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and sales to develop and improve strategies and business plans
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to the management team
Manage and resolve any issues and conflicts with the clients
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales or upselling
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to increase industry knowledge and gain new business contacts.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Proficiency in English.
Market knowledge.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long relationship with clients.
Time management and planning skills.
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
