  • Identify, research, analyze and contact potential clients to offer the company’s services or products
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new clients, expand customer base and improve customer retention
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned
  • Prepare detailed business plans, proposals, and presentations to present to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in line with the company’s guidelines and standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and sales to develop and improve strategies and business plans
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to the management team
  • Manage and resolve any issues and conflicts with the clients
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales or upselling
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to increase industry knowledge and gain new business contacts.

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long relationship with clients.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
