HR Manager

High Art developments, a leading construction and real estate company is gearing up for a significant expansion and is looking to add up a key person to its significant team to lead the HR fuction where thier primary focus will be to :

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required
