We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an enthusiastic "HR Manager"!

What would your role entail?

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources/Recruitment functions. This role encompasses strategic employer branding, effective candidate nurturing, seamless onboarding, process optimization, salary and benefits administration, HR policy development, goal alignment, performance management, and recognition initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection Department

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the software industry.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical assessments for potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Nurturing:
  • Foster and promote the company's employer brand to effectively attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the company's presence on various platforms such as job portals, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry influencers to bolster the employer brand.
  • Onboarding:
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary training on company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Facilitate introductions to key team members and departments.
  • Coaching and Process Enhancement:
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to hiring managers to enhance their recruitment skills.
  • Continuously analyze and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Compensation And Benefits Department

  • Salary Administration:
  • Develop and administer salary structures, pay scales, and compensation policies.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Review and approve salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding employee benefits.
  • Communicate benefit offerings to employees and assist with enrollment and claims processing.
  • HR Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence to established guidelines through regular audits and compliance checks.

Performance Management Department

  • Goal Setting and Alignment:
  • Collaborate with department heads and employees to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure clarity and understanding of performance expectations and metrics.
  • Performance Monitoring and Feedback:
  • Establish regular performance review cycles to assess employee performance against set goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance and address any performance gaps.
  • Recognition and Rewards:
  • Implement recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee achievements and contributions.
  • Ensure fairness and transparency in reward distribution and align rewards with organizational values and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HR management or related roles
  • Minimum 2 years in IT/Tech industry
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications
