We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our team. As an Admin Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing paperwork, organizing files, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files
  • Keep records of all administrative activities and update them regularly
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested
  • Collaborate with other team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to all staff members as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
