Talent Acquisition Lead reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship in the recruitment process for call center positions but not limited to
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People team to understand the talent requirements, workforce plans, and recruitment priorities for the call center.
  • Question the status quo, bring fresh ideas, and influence decision-making to revolutionize talent acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing channels, job advertising, employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent acquisition partners to increase sourcing capabilities when necessary.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand by effectively showcasing the organization's culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.

Who you are:

  • You're a Recruiter (in-house or agency) with 5+ years of experience
  • Proven Experience of leading a small recruitment team.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume hiring and call center recruitment.
  • Familiarity with call center operations, including customer service, sales, and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including the effective use of job boards, social media, and other recruitment methods
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and external partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
