BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As the Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team and senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, conduct market research, and build relationships with potential clients and partners. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, targeted outreach, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and presentations
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to effectively position our software solutions
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients and partners
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and performance

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or pre-sales, preferably in the computer software industry
  • Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • ITI completion is a great plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
